(i also have the right to deny the commission for anything else not mentioned here. In addition i reserve the right to charge pay pal tax or extra funds if the piece needs to be altered many multiple times.) 

TLDR VERSION OF THE TOS: Pretty much no refunds (also payment upfront) or edits after the sketching stage.
Commissions will take the time it takes, but I am pretty quick (bigger it is the longer it will take). 
I'm not responsible if twitch denies the icon. I can edit it a little, but I am not making a new icon if needed.

►►► GENERAL INFO ◄◄◄

• You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
• You may ask for WIPs and should i have them i will provide them

• If you want to order an illustration for commercial use (IE emotes), prices will vary. The following cases are considered commercial use:
    ♦ Reproducing and selling the artwork.
    ♦ When you receive profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention (Twitch emotes, Patreon, YouTube videos, banner of personal site, business cards, etc...)
• I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a highly detailed drawing. (for example jeans and a t-shirt will cost less then a suit of armor or an outfit that has a lot of clocks and flowers on it)
  
• I reserve the rights to not take your commission or cancel one in the works (in this case you will be refunded the $$ paid up to that point)
• Please do not ask me to draw in a different style. It can be done but if you commission me i'd hope it's because you like my work.
• As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive. 
• I'm not responsible if twitch denies the icon. I can edit it a little, but I am not making a new icon if needed.
• By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. 
  

►►► COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ◄◄◄

• As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example; 
    ♦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (i'll give you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
    ♦ Promote myself with it anywhere.
    ♦ Publish books with it.
  
  
• As a commissioner you may:
    ♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).
    ♦ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
    ♦ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.
  
  
• You are NOT ALLOWED to:
    ♦ Change, modify or use my works without my permission. (this refers to the physical image I make you (or any one else for that matter.))
    ♦ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off it in any way) (twitch icons are fine)
    ♦ Take credit for the art.
    ♦ Remove my watermarks /signatures.

►►► HOW TO GET A COMMISSION ◄◄◄

• I request payment in advance, however I will accept payment after you receive the first sketch. NOTE: YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR COMMISSION BEFORE I GET PAYMENT. 
• Once we've agreed on what I will draw for you I will send you my paypal info for payment. However if you want me to send you an invoice instead i can do that.
• I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.
  
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. Always wait for my instructions first.
• Tips are appreciated, but not required. 

►►► WORK SPEED ◄◄◄

• I will try to finish your pic ASAP, however please be patient with me. I tend to have good turn around times (a few days), but life happens.  If you have ordered more than one illustration or there's other commissions to be done before yours, the waiting time will increase. 
• I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with the best effort!
  
• I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
  
• You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like.
  
• If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in your request. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.

►►► CHANGES ◄◄◄

• Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
  
• Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. (TELL ME BEFORE I START LINING AND I WON'T CHARGE YOU EXTRA).

►►► REFUNDS ◄◄◄

• I can refund 100% of the payment up to that point only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the line-art stage there will be no refunds. Should you receive a refund through Paypal please note they will take some $$ for the transaction so it will be a little less then what you paid originally. 

• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
